Obtained from the careful selection of Negroamaro grapes coming exclusively from bush-trained vines. After two years of ageing, it continues its maturation in barriques.

The nose reveals hints of ripe red fruits, also in the form of jam and brandied, spicy notes like black pepper, leather, toasted and ethereal. Thanks to the unobtrusive tannins, it pairs well with aged cheeses such as extra-aged Parmigiano, Bitto, Piacentino di Enna and Pecorino, cured meats and game.
