Obtained from a blend of Negroamaro, Cabernet and Syrah grapes, planted in the traditional alberello system, this wine is aged in barriques, then aged in the bottle.
Bouquet: Fruity, bilberry, redcurrant, and cherry in alcohol; spicy, cinnamon, cloves and pepper. It reminds a clear balsamic note.
Food suggestion: Its tannins are properly thinned so this wine is good with meat dishes, such as straccetti with beef ragu, barbecued beef or lamb chops.
The perfect dish: cutlet of fassonawith hazelnut brittle.
