Wine obtained from 100% Malvasia Nera grapes, it is very soft and versatile.
Bouquet: red or black berry fruit notes, strawberry, redcurrant, blackberry, bilberry and sycamine.
Food suggestion: carried by gentle tannins it is ideal with appetizers and main dishes, middle seasoned cheeses, meat filled pasta and fish soup.
The perfect dish: Liver “alla Genovese”.
