This wine is made by the carbonic maceration method of Negroamaro grapes.
It is fresh, soft and elegant.
Bouquet: vinous with red fruit notes of sour cherry and fresh cherry, floral notes of geranium and balsamic notes of thyme and rosemary.
Food suggestion: white meat, porchetta, middle seasoned cheeses.
The perfect dish: Baccalà with tomatoes, capers, olives and chicory tempura.
