This wine is obtained from Negroamaro grapes and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The taste is dry and persistent.
Bouquet: it is characterized by red fruit notes, blackcurrant, sycamine, blackberry and sour cherry, and balsamic notes of Mediterranean vegetation.
Food suggestion: carried by sweet tannins, it has a excellent versatility. It can be easily paired with aged cured meat and middle seasoned cheeses. White or red meat main dishes and roasted meat.
The perfect dish: Rosemary-scented tagliatelle with lamb ragu, anise-scented Parmesan cream sauce and rose pepper-flavoured chips.
