Brindisi DOP Red Wine obtained from Negroamaro grapes.
It is aged in barriques.
Bouquet: Mature red fruits, especially sour cherry in alcohol. Intensive note of spices, black pepper and chocolate, and minerals.
Food suggestion: cured meat, semi-hard cheeses, meat main dish and roasted.
The perfect dish: Pappardelle with hare ragu and saffron veloute.
