This wine is obtained from Chardonnay grapes. It is fresh, mineral, sapid and aromatic.
Bouquet: It recalls white flesh fruit:banana, yellow apple, William pear, and peach. Floral notes, especially hawthorn, can be perceived.
Food suggestion: soft cheeses, mozzarella, burrata, stracciatella (the stuffing for burrata), giuncata, primosale.
Shellfish and seafood dishes. Recipes using whitefish and sautéed vegetables.
The perfect dish: Venus clam with vanilla-scented stracciatella and lemon jelly.
